Sash UK

Founded in 1965, the company, then known as 'Bean & Morrell', successfully built its reputation on traditional craftsmanship with both founders being qualified 'time served' joiners. The company began to flourish and soon picked up orders from the New Build housing sector. As word of their Quality and Service spread, so demand from the domestic sector grew. It was in the early 80's that the demand for replacement windows really took off and it was around this time that the company changed its name to Sash UK, which stands for Specialist Aluminium Softwood and Hardwood.

At around the same time emphasis was being placed on energy efficient products and the introduction of 'double glazing' was right at the forefront of a Government led initiative. Sash UK was one of the pioneers of PVC-u windows in this country. As business grew the company invested in purpose built facilities and creating a skilled workforce capable of embracing latest production technology.
