My wife and I would like to thank all at Britannia Windows who were involved in the manufacture and installation of the windows and doors recently. We are delighted with our new front door, which looks great and is much warmer now. I wish to thank all those people at Britannia Windows who worked on the planning and installation of our Conservatory. The work carried out in our opinion was absolutely first class.

Chichester, West SussexAbsolutely appalled by Britannia lack of commitment to their guarantee. They promised us aluminium windows that would be saltproof as they full well knew that they were within 200 metres of the nearest beach and as a result, within 15 months of installation the aluminium windows and doors were rotten with actual holes showing through the anthracite finish. We have spent some 3000 pounds on lawyers fees and are now going to use another route to claim back compensation because the new beautiful house we built is completely disfigured with rotten Britannia aluminium windows and doors. Their MD plays a very subtle game of appearing to be interested and then in an instant closing you down until they think you have given in. I shall be knocking on his door soon!
